I'm thinking, more than likely you didn't come up with that provider name all randomly. I'm thinking, you didn't write a bunch of names on a piece of paper fold it and pick it out of some magic hat.  Is it a spin off of the name of someone or something that means a lot to you? Did the former agency give that to you and you were too lazy to change it?

For the guys, what made you choose your TER handle?

As for me, it's simple: I'm asian and I look more drunk than I actually am due to the "asian glow". When I get really drunk, I may end up blowing chunks.

:D

It was way back when Bev Fisher and I first started to date, and we went to visit Ciara at her home city.  Afterwards Ciara blogged about the visit and said that she had been visited by Ms. and Mr. Fisher.  This was just about the time I had joined TER and needed a handle, so I turned to Bev and said:  "Looks like my handle is Mr. Fisher."  "Mr Fisher" was already taken, so I streamlined it to mrfisher, and that's where it still is.

I am real proud of my Dad and have read everything I can about the USAAF. Anyway, I took the name cspatz. After setting it up I realized I spelled it wrong but said "Who cares. Participation in the hobby (excepting any form of trafficking or coerced providing), as either patron or provider, is an example of secular humanism.  Individual choice and freedom of expression, provided it does not harm others, is infinitely preferable to legislated morality stuffed down the throats of a brainwashed populace by those that wish to control...and who are invariably hypocrites, doing behind closed doors the very things that they condemn publicly.

That movie was one of my favorites growing up, and the main character's little brother's name was Toby. I love androgynous names, so I went with the feminine spelling.

For my last name, I know there's some formula for finding your porn star name or whatever, and the last name was always a street. Since I'm a fan of alliteration, I started thinking of 'T' street names. Here in Cincy, there's a Telford Street.

The rest is history.

Oh, and I finally caved and watched Fight Club. You know a movie blows when the best part about it is Meatloaf's tits, and when a film can't even be saved by Helena Bonham Carter. God what a stupid movie.
