I'm kind of a "spur of the moment" hobbyist and can never precisely predict when Mr. Happy needs a smile on his face. I rarely carry a lot of cash and in this regard, I find that lovely, well-reviewed,ladies at agencies that accept major Credit Cards are more likely to get my business. Some very fine ones do. Most don't. It is the extrmely rare indy that accepts them I have found. I sorely wish that more did. I should add that I'm single and thus have no issue in hiding the monthly bill from anybody. I am aware of the risks associated with having my name/records etc. on hand at some agencies and am OK in taking them. Am I alone here? Thoughts from both sides of the aisle appreciated.
I accept them though I use a discreet billing system... the regular business man could probably say he bought supplies or rented a board room from the company name that shows up on his card...
I mean TME Enterprises? That could be anyone... I find alot of guys from out of town like to charge it to the company... lol

Although the concept of getting frequent flier miles for frequent f**king sound interesting, I think that in most cases, the paper trail is a very bad one.
I avoid credit cards and money altogether. I just feed them for a couple weeks. I make big batches and drive them around L.A. I'm feeding 16 women tonight. It takes all my time but there's no paper trail.

In North Carolina - that's exactly what happened. So, use your credit card and LE will be knocking at your door and possible charging you for solicitation. The hobbyist who used Credit card are now scared shit and ready to poo their pants. LE said they will use the credit card records.
All it means is that you paid the lady for some type of service. It could have been babysitting, or housecleaning, for all that the Police could actually PROVE in a court of law. Of course, if I were a married client, that might be of little consolation to me, but if I were single, I wouldn't sweat it in the slightest.
Just because a provider has taken money from you via credit card doesn't mean they can prove it was for anything illegal. LE could say that my plumber sold me drugs via credit card and I could say I just liked his company. (I do my own plumbing)

:The consensus of the people who appeared to be lawyers there was that if the escort is induced to act as a witness against you, then the DA can charge you with soliciting and have the escort testify against you in court. I may have gotten this wrong, so any lawyer who read or participated in that discussion is free to correct me.
I'm the ultimate trusting moran. I'll trust anyone once. That never would have crossed my mind in a zillion years. (It probably would've if I was spending as much as, say, Charlie Sheen, but I don't think I'm worth the catfish recipie)
Saw it on TV ... the Louisiana girls told LE they will divulge all their clients to protect themselves. They had records of credit cards from prominent clients. In NC, it appears to be the same thing. LE will use the credit card records.
The guys in NC are more concerned about LE showing up at their home or place of business asking questions about why their credit card was used for an escort agency. There is very little LE can do other than expose your record of using a credit card for escort services. But for married guys, it might be a touchy situation with wifey and you trying to explain how that happened.

I never liked the idea of having to do a credit card transaction upon your arrival; not only does this require conducting business, it would seem to be somewhat of a mood killer for me. I prefer to just place the gift/donation envelope and neither of us ever make mention of it.
Cash only for me, still accepted most places.
Two thoughts on this, ! most banks will allow you to set a higher ATM limit than 2 or 3 hundred mine is $1000 per day.
If your going to use a credit card at least get one of the prepaid ones not tied to your bank or info so you cant be tracked as easily
I was short of cash and out of town, and used a credit with an agency once. After the date, they called me and admitted they had transposed two numbers and overcharged me by $$$$$. They said they would correct the error, and reverse the overcharge. Well, luckily they kept their word, and they did fix it by the next billing cycle.
When I travel I ask for a deposit in advance, it is easiest to do so by cc or debit card through my paypal account, when it comes up on the statement both on my account and the clients , the purpose of payment is for one charcoal drawing.
