I enjoy checking out the a daily photo only thread and appreciate the ladies that participate on the Board.  There are a few of my ATFs that I inevitably like each contribution.  On those exceptional posts, I will occasionally PM the provider complimenting her n her photo. My question is to the providers, is this considered annoying when you are PM'd about a photo post or appreciate the compliment?

not sure why anyone would consider it annoying.  I find it flattering and great for the ego:-)

...they'd like to know what's working and what isn't.  But then again, they can also tell by the number of "Likes" they get.

The messages are short and complimentary.
I don't think a provider would have an issue with that just keep it short and not long and drawn out.
If you don't get a response after the pm might be an indicator the messages annoy her.

I get little "OMG I loved this one!" PM's. I think it's cute, and I"m like "Aww it's working. I'm giving guys boners!" lol. (One of my favorite past times is giving guys boners lol.)

I find it creepy someone might be saving my pics.

Emails or pm's complimenting her about her pics is nice tho and appreciated.
