Every time after sex the same cravings hit about 30 minutes after orgasm: french fries and a chocolate milkshake.  No ketchup either, just salted fries and a shake so thick it takes a spoon to eat since a straw can't handle it.  Will cave in and have it maybe 20% of the time, so it's not a consistent reinforcement.

Doesn't happen with a happy ending massage or masturbation either.  Starting to wonder if there's some kind of Pavlovian experiment in my past!

Anybody else have their own type of consistent response?

I occasionally set up my incall at a hotel near shake shack in Chicago, so that I can get that same combo. I am a strict vegetarian, and almost never eat dairy, but a thick chocolate shake after great sex is an rare treat.  

Ice cream in general is very comforting for me though. My grandfather had a Rexall drugstore, with a proper old fashioned soda fountain in it. Ice cream was a huge part of my family upbringing.
