Here is the scenario. When I am see a provider, I like skip the small talk and jump immediately into the action. This often ends up in a quick pop for me in what I refer to as the High school experience for the lady. 99% of the time I'm good for a 2nd, which is less rushed and focused on her pleasure as much as mine. You assume the lady thinks it was a HSE. I really doubt it. Although you have said some are really into it. I really doubt that too, since the professionals are geared to make you feel like a kind and that everything you did was just fantastic.
I personally need to talk time up front, if we have not already done that over the phone. It sets a stage for some degree of success, "clicking" down the line.
