I have tried it a few times and it seems to help, but can't be sure. My ED naturally goes up and down week by week. So it is possible the weeks I tried watermelon my ED was naturally down.. I am trying it this week and so far so good..

Well, I would say try different fruits like that for your ED.

Do you eat it or just strap it onto your dick?

They attribute the effect to the amino acid citrulline.  No need to eat watermellon, you can just take citrulline supplements.  You can buy capsules of citrulline at vitamin and health food outlets.

Is that an east coast thing or something? Is it just me?

Anyways, interesting read. It says you need to eat the rind. Not very appetizing.

FWIW, based on some comments I’ve received and when I received them, I’m pretty sure if you eat watermelon every day, over time it will help make your uhhh “essence”  taste better. Way less sugar/calories than pineapple.

Definitely not just an east coast thing.  I'm a 7th generation Texan and I grew up eating orange watermelon, and of course red watermelon too.

Now days, I eat a lot of white grapes and my lady friends tell me my "essence" is sweet. 😉

I eat almost everyday before going to sleep. Massive erection in the morning.  Some of the sports events have banned it.

And now this is making me hungry.
Confused boner.

Anyways, a lot of people online saying the orange ones taste better. I’m just not sure how I went this long without knowing about it, as much as I like fruit. LoL

It looks a lot like red watermelon on the outside. If it was already carved someplace I may have glanced at it and just thought it was cantaloupe.

which metabolizes to NO which enables greater blood flow. So theoretically.... however, if you want citrulline just try a citrulline supplement. You'll get more citrulline for less money, and save yourself a tummy ache.

I started taking these supplements a while ago and unfortunately don't notice any difference either in the gym or bed.

Citrulline (named for the watermelon genus) converts to Arginine.  The advantage of ingesting Citrulline is that it is much less rapidly excreted, so that taking a gram of Citrulline gets more Arginine into your circulation than taking a gram of Arginine.  Eating enough watermelon to get a significant dose (grams) of Citrulline would be problematic.
.
Circulating Arginine does support NO production in tissues.

I bought a 16 lb watermelon today and blended it into 16 jars of juice that will go in the freezer. I will try drinking one jar a week and see if I notice better erections compared to weeks where I don't drink a jar..

I tried to blend in as much of the "rind" , i.e the white part as supposedly that has more of the citruline. Or by rind do they mean the skin?

It would have been far easier to take supplements. The stuff is cheap enough.

to get people to eat the least-tasty part of the watermelon while they laugh at us.

But some natural supplement or foods can have a mild vasodilating effect. Mild is key word though. I dont think even 20mg of sil effect can be achieved via natural supplements.

Could be wrong but I'm pretty sure that's the case.

Also a fun fact : alcohol is a vasodilator.
