Yep, I had a client who showed up with a huge Prince Albert and couldn't wait for a little BJ action. I gave it the old college try but when he nearly knocked a filling out, I said "whoa, Buster! ~I actually had a regular, until recently... that had a prince albert and then some. (It was actually a challenge to remember the cost of my smile) as he was really an awesome guy... however, I never could truly lose myself in oral as I had a fear of my enamel being damaged.
