That's the way I submit updates on my profile info. It seems to work best. I will also send a note to Staff on your behalf.
If you are a VIP member, you can write to me by TER Personal Mail. However, I cannot make changes to reviews or profiles. I (and the other moderators) deal only with the discussion area and have no more access to the reviews section than any other VIP member.
