I like a variety, It's hard to pick one since so many of them exist!
When looking at ads or even on the photo board which photographer usually stands out to you the most? Maybe it's just something about their work that you loveI also enjoy the others you mention to.
No Aldo on your list. LOL
There may be hope for you yet.Scott Church - Artistic themes, backdrops and composition stand out, without losing focus on the subject.
A couple we don't see often:Cheriefoto
Luc Pearsall For Alt-minded boudoir photos, Billy Bilacous does some fantastic work. Honorable mentions to Tasha Erotic and Aldo - Quality boudoir shots, but can be a bit formulaic and stale
...some of the work of Scott Church.
And Joey L's (non glamour) work is outstanding. And doesn't ask for your kidney in exchange.
There may be hope for you yet.
I can see exactly how the image will look. No surprises after the shutter is clicked.
The only downside is that I can't make choices concerning exposure. If, for instance, I want to pose next to a window to get that great window lighting... The camera will expose automatically for the window, and I'll be a dark silhouette. Whereas I might prefer to show more detail and have the window light be completely white and overexposed. I've tried to correct that when editing, but the image quality is poor and you just get that gross-looking noise. Cell phone selfies can also do the trick, but I feel that it's kind of tacky to have the phone in the image. Reminds me of those bathroom mirror selfies on BP. As for professional photographers, I've had great experiences with Santillo. He's easy to work with, light on the retouching, a consummate professional, and a true artist. There is a Slow Shutter app that may help with controlling exposure. I also think a cell phone in a pic looks tacky, but do like those iPhone tripods.

His air brushing is so over the top ridiculous, that many of the guys feel disappointed when they meet up with the girl in question.
All the skin features are flawless with no birth marks, no blemishes, no imperfections. If thats the kind of photog you want for portraits for you and your family for personal use around your house, in your office, etc, well...so be it, I won't argue with you and I get that. But when one is using it for professional use, i.e. to sell a product/service, then THAT is when it becomes deceptive advertising. It is one thing to show the girls in their "best possible light", but it is quite another to show them in a light they could never duplicate IRL, in person. Imo, that is fraudulent. You have your panties wadded in a bunch over photos showing panties wadded in a bunch?
I guess that's OK, but it sure seems ironic. I'll have to start noticing panties a bit more. As for the aphasia you refer to, I have read Dr. Oliver Sachs' book: The Man Who Mistook His Wife for a Hat, and it is quite an interesting book. Don't expect pop psych from him. He doesn't dumb anything down, and the book takes some effort to ,absorb properly but it's well worth the readPersonally I take pride on doing most of my photography. Having said that; I have worked with Aldo. I asked him to not retouch my pics and he gave me a clean copy with his water mark which I was fine with. I was happy with his work.
With all due respect, you can't have an opinion on his work unless you have worked with him. You get to see the end result. Girls here probably want to know how is it to work with him. Is he nice, is he easy to work with, etc... Ill say it again, I was happy with his work. I would be just as happy with santillo i would think, except that there would be a hole in my pocketWtf?
Now, I will agree, I cant have an opinion on what he is like to work WITH, granted, but his pics i.e his "work" are routinely and consistently misleading. That is obviously intentional. And I certainly can have an opinion on that, thank you very much. But I will say this and have said it before. It is the girls ultimate responsibility to choose the photos and pics that are made public. That's not the photogs fault. I can also tell you this. Numerous girls have stopped using Aldo for exactly the reason I have stated. And I think you know this to be true as well.I find some of his work kind of weird. The girls look like shop mannequins not real people. Like you said, good lighting and angles and showing yourself off in your best poses and outfits for your body and image are one thing but being photoshopped like you're going on the front cover of Vogue is too much. I'd rather someone came to see me and said I looked even better in real life than in my pics than went away disappointed that I didn't look like a supermodel :/
Alfred Stieglitz, Henri Cartier-Bresson, Herbert List, Dorothea Lange, Louis Daguerre, Steve McCurry, Robert Mapplethorpe, Yousef Karsh, Richard Avedon, Joseph Nicéphore Niépce, Margaret Bourke-White, Robert Capa, Philippe Halsman, Edward Weston, Man Ray, and Ansel Adams
Stephen Gold! I've been using him since 2009
Tim Sapar is good too! I absolutely love shooting with him
My go to guy is Stephen Gold though Dude rocks and does some fantastic video too
Hope this helps!
XOXO,
TL
... don't publish a collage of photos that are virtually the same pose in every shot. And the same outfit in every shot.
Put on as many different outfits as you can during the shoot. Then publish the one shot that's best for each outfit. Keep your total number of published photos to under a dozen. Okay, some guys like lingerie. But what about the guys who like a tight sweater or a GND shirt-and-jeans? Street clothes, well modeled, can be a winner
Even though I take my own photos (photography is a hobby of mine), I have done multiple shots with Alexa and Tim with AMAZING results. Well...mostly amazing, my last shoot with Tim had me feeling very "eh" upon seeing the pictures. He is getting too busy and popular now. Good for him, bad for me.
GoodFace is on my bucket list...along with a video....seen, or are you just repeating what you've read on the boards or what others have told you?
Alexa Black Lotus(Canada) I have worked with her the most out of all photographers I love working with her.And she did my latest video this summer
Megan Love(TN)we had so much fun during my shoot relaxing environment. She did a video for me as well.
And I just worked with IL Sensual Inez(LA)a few days ago very nice lady very easy to work with and takes awesome pics.
I have worked with Aldo(NYC/NJ) a couple of years ago and I had no problems working with him and he is very nice
Is me & my selfie stick!!! Lmfao.... JK
I'm looking for a great bourdouir photographer-more on the artist side & that take pics they don't have to photo shop the shit out of!!!So its first hand knowledge.
In addition, speaking to many guys in the area, plus reading others comments and talking with many girls who also agree with my assessment. And you can see for yourself by looking at his pics without ever seeing one of his gals the pics are incredibly doctored. As Sasha alluded to, girls hire him bc he is cheap, and he may be a good guy and easy to work with, but if you notice, people who listed top photogs...Aldo didn't make their list. For the record, I am not opposed to someone using him, as long as they have other photos (selfies, other photogs) that document what they really look like.I actually am opposed to women using him as the pics are worthless to me in deciding whether or not to book with them. Yes, his reputation is THAT bad with many of us.
I too have seen literally thousands of Aldo pics and I have probably seen hundreds, or at least a hundred at the very least, women who have had Aldo pics, and while not all of them have been photo-shopped, a high enough percentage of them have been altered for me to have ZERO faith in an Aldo pic His reputation is so bad a common joke about a woman who is completely "fugly" is "she is so ugly even Aldo couldn't make her look good" Women of course are free to use any photographer they want, but it's not just a few of us that feel this way. A LOT of guys look at Aldo pics and just assume they have been doctored. If a lady wants to take that risk, i suppose it's her business, but the idea in hiring a professional photographer is to INCREASE business, not scare customers off because of the lousy rep of said photographer.and they both certainly belong at or above honorable mention.
As for Scott, I've heard that he can be a bit difficult to work with.none of the ladies didn't have this gentleman on their list......Alex Manfredini in Miami!! Check him out... creative...beautiful!!
http://hotpixstudio.com/ http://alexmanfredini.com/galleries/ Ken Marcus, of former fame as the top Playboy photographer...is a little "out on the edge" these days, but, hey, Bondage,Dom/Fetish exxxperts, etc, would love him!! http://www.kenmarcus.com/tour2/about_us.phI think he has lost his edge, though he has a great studio and charges no more then Aldo, actually less. He was a better photographer when he was an ass! LOL!
that rhymed.
Aldo isn't the only one who goes nuts on the photo shop. A lot of ladies have to twist arms to get many photographers not to photo shop. I won't list names, but I've had quite a few... always feels awkward when a photographer takes a week to get my photos back to me and all of my pictures have entire curves chopped off. But I do send them back, because I'd rather do that than have a guy show up looking for a 5 foot 11 100lb woman lol! Sometimes I just edit the originals myself, which is frustrating because I suck at it. I'm going to try with another one who is known not to do photoshop at all, just actually knows how to use lighting really well. Touch ups for professionalism is nice. But to match my body to their brand instead of their brand to my body just isn't acceptable to me, and very frustrating when you have to play the bad guy after communing so well at the actual shoot. Oh well, business is business. LOL If that doesn't work out, I think I'm just going to invest a couple grand in my own damn camera and lighting and call it a day lol!-- Modified on 8/4/2016 9:20:37 PM

Great work with the lighting, artistic, not huge on photo shop, very professional and well done/well cropped, just well thought out. Complete project from start to finish.
I also had an amazing shoot with Tim & Evita which kicked off The Nude Opera. But most definitely these days will be hitting up others for branding purposes. Very difficult, as every damn time someone comes to Chicago to tour, I happen to be traveling in another city (not touring). Boo.. Anyway, still waiting for my money pots to come to Chicago.
Tracy Yapp fantastic
Tasha Erotics has come a long way with her style over the last year what an improvement
she was good back then but her images didnt do anything for me they were average.
Now they pop. they stand out shes improving with each shoot as it should be. Its very exciting.
Id love to shoot with Megan Love id just like it if she'd stop the slanted tilt on so many images makes me dizzy. But overall I love her perspective the images are beautiful...processing top notch but not over the top. She does so well with the usage of natural light which to me is amazing
nothing looks the same all her shoots are tailored to the lady and her style.
The girls got game!!!!!
