I have had hackers rob me on separate days. The hackers got my credit card number . and . They transferred money out of my account. I had to fix the damage on my own. However, one time, this same credit card was stolen by an analogue thief (non hacker non digital variety). He used my stolen wallet to buy himself shit in his hometown. I was able to reverse the charges.
