My cholesterol testing is very private.  But since it is the number 1 killer, I will forego discretion and say 3 months ago for the sake of humanity.

Just kidding..every 6 months. I wish I had more time...but I am SAFE...sure you hear that over and over again.

If someone wanted me to check out before a session in advance..there would be a small fee for me to do this.

I'm not a big fan of the studying required, so I try to limit tests to only when required.

For HIV, I try to every 3 mos (if you donate blood, they check for you!)

For the complete work up, I aim for 3-4mos, but with time constrants it ends up being more towards 4-5mos. Every Dr and Clinic that I have been to thinks that I am paranoid.

I do AIM 4 times a year, but it's not because of providers it's because of civvies.

Trust me when I say they are WAY worse.
