I will chime in. I don't share my encounters with other ladies. I do however give everyone I meet a code. Gt means good time. DNS means do not see. Bfm means boyfriend material. Hm means husband material and so on and so forth. To date only one rates really high (hm). Not really sure about marriage the second time around. We're human, so sure there will be those who are more physically appealing than others. Again, "performance" alone isn't important. But there are those rare occasions when the chemistry is amazing, we turn each other on like crazy, and it's just an all-around incredible time. Yes, those instances stand out. Size? There are the really big ones that I do remember, because I might need to have XL condoms for him next time, a thicker lube, stuff like that.
I've worked at agencies where once in a while there would be someone huge, a girl would report it cuz that was a problem for her, and for that reason they'd pass such info along. Such as, "He's got an XL SUV, can your garage handle it?"
I kid you not, a phone lady once asked me that.

Not that I've ever seen or heard, no. When exchanging references, we might say someone is very kind, or shy, maybe that he's a nervous chatterbox.... stuff like that. Because that's what matters: personality, hygiene, behaving as we feel respectful clients should.

Providers, how do you like or dislike your encounters?
For me? I like men who love to kiss and are preferably as oral as I am! In my personal experience, the ones who really enjoy kissing and DATY are those who really get me going. It's more about enthusiasm than "skill" lol.
So yeah, lots of kissing, giving and receiving of oral..... and if he gets my sense of humor, that's a perfect date in my book!

If someone is incredibly attractive and we have a great chemistry (when I say great chemistry, I mean, I would date you in real life ... or at least visit your Tinder profile multiple times and play with myself) then you may get some extra perks. Keeping in mind this is YMMV. Just like a gent won't date every girl he meets, it goes both ways.
If your hygiene is poor and you're unattractive to me or you just seem to throw a douchenozzle vibe of superiority, I don't really care, I just won't see you again. If I'm making my best effort to be the wonderful person I am and on my A-game, if you can't be on my level, I'm not wasting my time.

I treat everyone the same regardless of what they look like or performance I'm not n the business to judge my clients. I'm here to keep them happy and relaxed with warm ands and heart.
A few observation I note during my session....
Did they give proper screening and how many times did I have to ask for information
2. Punctuality
3. Didn't do or say anything awkward during greeting
4. Hope he doesn't look like any family member
5. No arguments over fees or time
6. Bonus points for gifts and tips and regular clients
7. Washed his hands with soap and hot water
8. Showered today
9. Doesn't taste like raw onion
10. Doesn't have toilet paper stuck in his pubic hair
11. Doesn't scratch the sensitive skin in my vag
12. No screening we don't needs the neighbors to wonder what's going on
13. Doesn't try to shop lift for services not offered
