How do providers feel about clients using Viagra on an extended date?

Would you be taking it because you actually need it? Or would you be taking it so you can get the most "bang for your buck" (literally), thus pounding away so that the lady ends up walking bow-legged for two days with a bad case of TMJ?

Only use it because we have to! I for one hate the after effects of it, to say nothing of the cost. And low and behold it always does not work the way you would expect!
 Nothing more frustrating for a gent to plan an extended 8 or 10 hour date and not have it end in total bliss for both! After all day and evening of companionship and flirting and teasing,and making that connection the journey isn't fully complete without the intimate fulfillment.
  I do realize some younger men may want to abuse the purpose of the ED meds and pound a lady, and that is offensive to myself as well as other mature gentlemen.

If you don't need it? Don't use it.
First of all the girl I was with didn't like it.
Secondly. It didn't add anything for my satisfaction.
Third. The fucking side effects suck! My heart was beating too hard, and it gave me a congested feeling in my head.
I also wonder if you could become dependent on it.

If a guy doesn't need it (and even if he does, sometimes), viagra can be unpleasant for the girl. For one thing, it makes the penis unnaturally hard. It literally feels like a fucking BROOM HANDLE up there. For another, it can delay erection to the point where it takes HOURS, and it's really hard for me to enjoy being rammed for HOURS with a BROOM HANDLE. It seems like guys get frustrated, too, and just wish they could FINISH already.

Just wondering would you say that Viagra is the most effective ED Medication?  Also would the chances of a man getting to resolution be greater with Levitra or Cialis? Also would the side effects be better with the above medications?

How a client prepares for a visit with a provider is nobody's business but his. We don't tell providers how to prepare so neither should they. Apart from hygiene and the rules of engagement, how he choses to perform is up to him as long as it is within the rules. I am surprised by some of these responses. Seriously doubt whether a provider can tell whether a client has used viagra by the hardness of his penis. Some guys get and stay hard for long periods without chemical enhancers.

fortunately in small doses.  I have a progressive Neurological Condition (spinal cord damage though obiviously not complete.)   I take just enough to get the job done & the erection fades naturally...  maybe a few seconds longer...  after completion.  Fav Ladies can't tell if I do take it...  but sure can tell if I don't & that IS frustrating.      
In my experience, taking more than you need is not "better"...  my prescribing doctor only Rxs 100MG Viagra...  and instructs the patient to get a pill cutter.

thing I feel. almost lose all sensitivity down there. side effects are headache, sometimes lower back ache. However, it has never made me unable to finish. There is no way I could use it on a regular basis with a SO.

...doesn't really need it. I use it. I have a prescription for it. I doubt the provider knows unless it causes my face to look flushed which doesn't happen often. It doesn't give me that super hard dick which causes pain for the lady as reported by providers posting here on TER. It doesn't give me a super long lasting erection so I can go nonstop for hours. It results in me functioning naturally as I did when I was younger.

All true. I guarantee 99% of most ladies have no idea when a male is using it, especially if used correctly, unless the guy is very old in which that is a part of human nature and growing old.

I had thought that maybe, just maybe it was a compliment when I've had providers ask me if I was taking Viagra. Even though I've never used the stuff.  

Performance is greatly enhanced on Viagra. However, the side effects are, to me at least, severe. We are talking about warming of the face, congestion, headache, and back ache that may last for days. So the question is do the benefits of enhanced performance outweigh the negative side effects. It is a close call. For the most part I choose to go without the little blue pill but once in a great while I will take a 25mg dose.

This is BS.  If he can't ejaculate its not a result of the ED meds.
