Girls in retirement or hiatus

Today I was given a providers name here in my hometown for a reference. She is on hiatus for the summer months.

I emailed her and asked her for a reference. She read it. Never replied back. I called. Never called back. Fortunatly, he gave me an alternate number of another provider he saw in Canada. Those girls are busy. Thank goodness she surely remembered him. Call went well. But it isn't my point.

If girls are retired, Or on a partial retirement, A "hiatus" I call it. Is it unethical for me to ask you for a reference.. or unethical for you to give one ?

I didn't think it was an odd request. Mind you, She isnt one of these providers that is full of drama. We've always gotten along, never any differences etc. We even referred one another right up to her hiatus. So there isn't any ill feelings.

Girls let me know your opinion.

Maybe I am the one that is wrong.

I just refuse to think that girls could care less about others if they are safe or not, only because they are out of the industry or simply taking a break.

Im not quite sure if this saddened me, or pissed me off.

It's just plain RUDE to ignore someone like that.  At the very least she could have responded to let you know she's not working (whatever that entails).  I would have been aggravated too.

Ciara, I don't believe a provider on hiatus would necessarily change her feelings about keeping other escorts safe, but often when an escort takes a hiatus, she may be out of town and or heavily involved in something else.  She might decide to post or set up an auto reply that she's not available until a certain date and leave it at that.  I know when I go to Europe during the summer, I'm usually gone for 3-4 weeks minimum. After leaving an extended absence greeting on my cell phone, a post on TER's boards, and an auto reply on my email that I will be out of town until a certain date, I don't check for emails or phone calls during that time.

Regarding retired escorts, I think there's a strong possibility that they would have a whole new life after retirement, and might now want any further involvement in the escorts business in general.

Bottom line, a polite request for a reference will usually get a polite response, even if it's an extended absence response or information letting you know the lady is out of the business for the long-term.
Hope this helps!

And Im always REALLY fucking polite !

hahahahahahahahah

Seriously, she read them... returned receipt/

On first glance, it's easy to assume she's just being rude. But, that said, I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. Perhaps there's a serious reason why she's on hiatus - something that makes it impossible for her to respond to emails, or phone calls?

I know it's unlikely, but, like I said, I'm an eternal optimist about people. Barring that, I can always drive down to Buffalo and we can both drop kick her into next week. ;)

Morgan

I'd give her the benefit of the doubt.

Infact, I'm holding an escort hostage this very moment.  I'm reading her emails as they come in...  Every time she gets a naughty one, I make her spank me.  She really seems to be enjoying her hiatus very much.

Remind me to call you next time I decide to go on hiatus... I can always use a good ass to spank to relieve stress.

There's lots of room for spank on my fanny-pack, darlin' Morgan!

Mmmmmm!

To not reply on a matter of business.... even to let you know that she will no longer provide a reference...  (so that you will know to ask for another ref in the future) This just reflects a rudeness that is difficult to understand...
