Since I have not been paid in gold or silver "Dollars" nor are the Federal Reserve notes I recieve in exchange for my pay check  redeemable in legal US "Dollars". I Therefore have incured no tax debt.
(I am being taxed on "Dollars" earned ....right?)
In addition the IRS code says I must pay any tax debt in
US "Dollars" and any student of the US monetary system and it's history will tell you there are no "Dollars" any longer in circulation
Until the Federal and State Government read, understand and abide by the constitution of the United States I see no reason to go along with their decietful and (constitutionally) illegal system of "direct capitation".

All Tax Attorneys, CPAs and IRS agents you may now start your flame throwers

I just hope that while you are avoiding paying taxes, that you are avoid using any public services such as police, fire, libraries, legal system, etc.

I would be curious to know if you can point to any court cases where someone espousing your view has convinced a Federal judge that it was correct.

While I encourage everyone to take every legal step to avoid the payment of taxes, when you come down to it, the payment of legally owed taxes is everyones obligation.

Tax avoidance is not illegal or unpatriotic.  Tax evasion is totally unpatriotic.

I don't care if you agree with the present administration or not, the law is the law.  Wide interpretations of the tax code with the sole purpose of tax evasion is against the law and should be prosecuted to the fullest extent.

when you are in the Federal Pen on tax evasion you will likely be on the recieving end of a lot of greek and forced BBBJ sessions unless you are one tough dude.

Most "white-collar" Federal criminals get to serve out their time at facilities that actually have more in common with a typical country club than a prison. Most likely, he will be bored to tears playing tennis or golf, or some other similar outdoor sport while not busy reading at the modernized library at say,...the Lompoc Federal Correctional Facility. The Feds save the prisons for the drug dealers/users and those kind of folk.

Personally, thats a big chance to take............and a prison gang rape could really end up being a death sentence......

Me I'll pay my taxes.
