At what point does an ASP get a tip from you? Does she need to just perform well, exceptionally well, have a great attitude? I usually tip $20-$50 as long as I have an experience in which I think I would see that provider for a second time. It also usually gets me a little more mileage with some providers on the next visit. What do you do?

Never Tip.  If I like her I'll take her to Dinner or lunch. Maybe bring her a gift from Victoria's Secret or a bottle of their favorite wine.
I rarely repeat but do have 4 ATF's. They are the ones I'll bring something to.
