Anybody heard from "Shaft" of New Orleans?

I haven't heard from him since the Hurricane and I'm concerned. I have tried IMing but nothing, but not surprised. All the same would like to know if he made it out OK.

If you can read this Shafty (or anyone else effected by this bitch "Katrina") My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family's. Stay strong and keep the faith. Peace be with you during this sad time.  Please drop a line when you can.

"THANK YOU" sooo much for all your thoughts, prayers, emails, and IM's. I was very touched to see all the messages. I've been offline for several days. Katrina was devastating. Lot's of property damage and loss of life of co-workers and dear friends. I have established an apartment in another city and continue to work to assist in the restoration. I love you guys, even the men :) take care
