If I give a deposit to a provider for a vacation but she rescheduled a few months later, shouldn't we be entitled to receive the interest difference the deposit would have accrued had it been sitting in an interest bearing account?
I was told by my CPA that according to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau there are escrow rules that may apply to any money that sits around but this mostly applies to rent deposits and mortgages. He wasn't so sure about escort deposits. Before I consult with my financial adviser, I would like to find out if escort related deposits are ever held in an interest bearing escrow account where the client is entitled to receive any interests accrued. Please post it again in the morning. Then again, don't. I left a deposit on a provider just yesterday.
My guess is she would know all about matters such as this.
Sometimes there is interest, sometimes not!
... hovering around 1%. I'll let you do the math on a few months' interest on your deposit.
Don't spend that interest all in one place!Given Federal Reserve has kept the interest rates so low for so long, I suggest that instead of collecting few pennies here and there on $500 or maybe $600 deposit, you just ask for a free session after 40 yrs of booking with her at least once a month... lol...
White and a little sticky.
Too funny!

Hah - you'd be lucky to get 1%. More like 0.01%. But I guess the pennies really add up!
Ohhhh, ha ha ha ha....so clever you are.
