On what the "major issue" was I suppose. Also the relationship you have with the someone asking the question. If it is a friend, maybe. I wouldn't interfere and just start blabbing negative information about a provider as it may come back to burn you. I think I'd be more inclined to just mind my business and move on about the room. Regardless of what you say and who you say it to, she is still going to get clients. But as a client/hobbyist you may be blackballed depending on your status.

This is because I haven't had a major issue with anyone yet. Of the providers I have seen, they know I am one of the more laid-back gentlemen they will ever experience. And since I am a peacemaker by nature, if I did have some issue with someone, it would not be enough to warrant spoiling someone else's experience. The only thing that might trigger me to speak up is if something catastrophic happened, for example if I was robbed, then of course for the safety of others, I would steer someone away from that situation.
If I thought she is dangerous or less then honest in her business dealings I would warn him, if not I would keep out of it staying neutral yet honest. I am not going to lie. I am not going to be vindictive because of past personality clashes.

Option B. Because it was true. Note that the night I met that lady at an M&G, five years after the blow-up, we were cordial, and friendly. I saw her three times, and her quality as a provider was never in question. Should have been more careful about what I posted, though...she was volatile and insecure, and took offense when I was trying to compliment her, and things went south from there, resulting in our mutual agreement to not see each other again. Oh, well, shit happens, it's an imperfect world.

You are correct they are "old, washed up, failed etc." Also angry. And most have done something to break TER's rules. So it's not as if they have a choice about being here. Thus, they have little to lose with their "slobbyist" rants.
I don't waste any time on their pathetic page, which I hear is wasting away. But I would not be surprised to see some negative blowback there on these posts. Because while they claim to despise TER, they are also obsessed with it and can't help reading it.

If I was a guy I'd appreciate a heads up and like you say we ask other provider for references on clients and I'd vibe really upset if a guy was rough and mean and the provider hadn't told me about it when asked

Next best answer. .. if she truly provides a great session and you know it, make the referral. I knew a lady I had seen many many times (20 or more). After A While we went through some "shit" and I felt slighted and jaded. She did some things and after taking a long look at it and self reflection, I realized I did some things too. I was so damn tempted to post some negative reviews, to discourage guys from seeing her, but I realized, this lady provided me with over 20 amazing and mind blowing experiences. She is a great provider and other men would be dumb not to see her. So I refrained from posting anything, continued to encourage guys to see her when I was asked, and over time my lady friend and I resolved our misunderstandings and have had two great sessions recently. Sometimes Time Away from all this shit is what we need. Avoid drama and just have fun. Do right by one another but Don't lose sight of the overall goals for both people involved.
Just because there are a few nuts in our world? That's ludicrous. A couple of friends of mine attended a Meet & Greet in NYC last night and had a great time. I've never heard of anyone having an issue at one of these parties, as long as they are well run and everyone is screened properly. They are great ways to see gals the way they really look and never have to worry about photoshopped pictures. You also can get a pretty good idea whether you''ll "click" with someone. And if you're a decent-looking gent with even barely adequate social skills you'll have no problem attracting the ladies.
Of course there are possible complications that might keep some guys away, but I know lots of married fellas who go all the time with no problem.
