Does it bother the rest of you hobbyists that the profiles in the review section don't change after the first review is posted. Time after time I see BBBJ in the services offered and then read reviews where the guy says CBJ only (what a bummer). Why doesn't TER change the format where each review has its own profile, concerning rates, services offered, appearance, etc. That way we would be getting that reviewers real experience and impression of that provider. This is my major complaint with TER and really reduces its value to me.

If you see an inconsistency in a providers profile or a change in available services, the profile can be changed simply by filing a problem report. I did one just this week. The profile said "don't know" under the BJ heading. Her subsequent reviews after her initial one indicated that BBBJ was on the menu. Problem report filed. Profile changed. No worries.

Say one guy did get bbbj (he does the first profile) and another one only received cbj (he does a problem report-2nd profile)and then the next guy received bbbj (he does a problem report, for he did receive the bbbj-3rd problem report)LOL There would be so many problem reports on just that one profile.

CBJ vs BBBJ is a YMMV issue in which case the problem report would probably be denied.

each review would have its own profile and services rendered section, suggest you look at the other site (big canine one) and see how they do it, much better. Of course YMMV always exists, but at least when looking at numerous reviews w/profiles you could see the trend lines, without reading entire reviews.

and how to deal with it; and you're describing how you'd like it to be (like another site).

Since it's not going to change, Nautius is saying how to work around it.

I hope I'm not completely missing the point, but if your not getting the services listed possibly your hygiene is lacking or for whatever reason the provider does not feel comfortable with you. Instead of trying to have the provider's profile changed constantly, you could try taking a bath or try relaxing a little before your appointment to put them more at ease with you.

As I've said many times before, a bigger problem is the performance ratings which are often inflated and don't meet the TER criteria for points.  I can understand appearance variances as that is very subjective, however, performance is more objective yet frequently embellished.

I just read another 9 that by TER criteria should have been a 7, as nothing extra was offered.  As others have stated, you have to read the details to get an idea of what was really provided.

I wish performance was strictly objective and a new category called "Overall Experience" could be created which would allow a score that represents the overall experience and is not tied to just appearance and performance.  Obviously it would be more subjective but would allow the performance rating to be more accurate to services actually provided.

The TER rules say the following:

In order to keep our performance ratings consistent, we set up the following system: An escort provider (is) only eligible to earn up to a 7, unless she also performs the following during a session: Kisses With Tongue, Bare-Back Blow Job, Really Bi, Anal Sex, or More than One Guy. The addition of each offering will raise the score she is eligible for by one point.

This does not mean she earns extra points for performing the service; just that she is now eligible for a higher score. Her maximum eligible score is based on what is offered, not what is taken. You may or may not be interested in the “extra” services she has, but the fact she offers them makes her eligible for the higher score.

I have struggled with understanding this, but the way I read it is that if you have a date with someone and she DFK's and BBBJ's you, you can still give her a 10 as long as she anal, really bi, or more than one guy is on her list of service offered.  You didn't take her up on any of those three, but you could have.  Henceforth, then only people who aren't eligable for more than a seven are ones who don't OFFER ANY of those five services.  A FBSM gal could be eligible for a 10 beacuse she DFK's, is really bi, and will do more than one guy.

Regardless of this, I think that the system works pretty well, and gives a rough idea of what you are getting, while giving those who want to look into more detail the opportunity to do so.  So it gives both casual hobbyists and the more committed ones an equal opportunity for satisfaction.

Many providers do not offer these extra services to anyone, they are not included on their profile, and the juicy details confirm that they were neither offered nor provided.  Sometimes they pop up in obviously fake or embellished reviews.  Usually after reading six or more reviews you can figure out what is or is not available.

I recently exchanged emails with a hobbyist who wrote in a review that a provider gave DFK during the session but then later told me it was really kissing with no tongue whatsoever. I have seen the same provider more than once and know for a fact that she never provides any of the services necessary for points above a 7 yet she frequently gets 9 or 10 performance ratings because she is very attractive and enthusiastic.

Again, I believe that the performance ratings are overrated when someone has an overall great experience rather than having been offered specific services necessary for the extra points.  That's why I think a third category is necessary.  I could see someone have a 10 in Overall Experience with a 7 for Appearance and a 7 for Performance because of the overall enthusiasim and quality experience.  In other words, a great session doesn't have to be with a 10 for Appearance and Performance, however, by not accurately awarding points for performance, the performance ratings system in emasculated.

I agree with this. I just posted a review on a provider that though she was extremely good, did not offer any of the services that would have garnered anything above a 7. So I gave her a 7. And I noted in the "Juice details" that I would have rated her higher if it were not for the TER criteria. Nonetheless, this same provider, who is attached to an agency by the way, had several 9's and 10's... no way. If we're going to review, we need to comply with the established criteria. That for the good of all the readers.

I think the real point to keep in mind is that the review process is inherently flawed because everyone's preferences and experiences will be slightly different. Therefore, I feel reviews are just a point of reference. It states whether she is legit, providing service as advertised, and not a ripoff. Beyond that, it is a YMMV situation. I very much agree with Don's original post wanting up to date and accurate information. However, that requires doing further in depth research and actually reading the entire review for specific details if one desires certain activities. As for the number scoring system that the rest of this thread turned to, I once again state my opinion is that when reading these, I only look to make sure the majority had a positive experience and did not get ripped off. Reviews are strictly a guideline for me. The exact experience (performance) you get out of the hour is completely dependent upon what you put into it; including but not limited to communicating what your expectations of each other are.

my two cents, for what it was worth, mr.man

Reviews are a very funny and quirky thing to me as a provider. I don't always offer everything on the list, but assume if it is wanted then it will be requested. I mean that is the way it is. Some guys don't like kissing therefore not to jump the gun I allow the man to make a move on that note. I just put myself in close enough proximity to make it a feasible thing. If he does not respond I assume it is not his thing... just like a bbj vs a cbj. I have made my move and been stopped by a man only to have him request a cbj (he didn't want to cum to fast). Then again I have made my move and um... found someone not quite as um... fresh as I would like and moved to a cbj. Shoot just a few days ago I got a review and the guy said I was okay if you were drunk...lol then the next review I got was from a gent who said I was so hot he forgot his name for a second... LOL life and reviews are both subjective. To each his own. Not everyone is someone else's cup of tea and not everyone has resonable expectations either. Therefore no review system will ever be unflawed... the only possible way I can see to make it more accurate is to simply have a multiple choice questionare type review sytem which is graded for a lack of a better word. Each answer would be awarded points (some more and some less of course). The score would then be tallied and wa la a less descriminatory review system. Well at least less subjective to each personality (What some deem a 10 others a 7).  Of course there would still be a public and private comment area for the gent to say all the things he wanted to say. Just a thought...

What I'm suggesting is that some people have a great time even when certain services are not provided or available and show this by giving a high performance score.

For example, I know for a fact that the provider I mention above NEVER offers those services to anyone (she is scared to death of touching or exchanging any body fluids). Yet she receives 9s and 10s because she is cute and provides a good time.  I don't think that is why TER created the Performance category.

Again, a new category for "Overall Experience" would solve this problem.
