Not sure if providers are, on the whole, more health conscious but they sure do impart a lot of wisdom on the subject.

Not just on nutrition either.  For example, I had a long term issue with my finger nails splitting. I asked my doctor about it but all he could suggest was clear nail polish. But a gal told me to eat Jell-O daily as the gelatin is made of ketatin, the substance as nails. Sure enough, now my nails are fine.

What health tidbits have you learned from providers?

Give it a whirl.  The people that are into athletics are really "health conscious".

No...the gals that are P4P are certainly not anyone that I consider a source of information on health related issues.  They are selling sex...that's it pal.

Maybe interview a few new doctors as well?  Or are you still seeing Dr. Bombay?

Perhaps because we must, a lot of providers, including myself, know a lot about natural health. I was just sharing some information with a client about inflammation as the source of all illness and how to reduce it. I was raised by a chiropractor/psychotherapist so my interest started early. Good health to you!

Earth Clinic is a free message board wiith user reviews of alternative DIY at home natural health care treatments !  Very awesome for the uninsured !  Also a good resource for insured people because the Earth Clinic answers are different from what your doctor will tell you / prescribe you !  They even have a pet section .  They do  a  good job of keeping spammers corporate interests off it .  I full endorse Earth Clinic !  Life saver of a website literally !

... from a provider I saw several times (retired now).  I thought I ate pretty healthy, but she took it to a new level.  She'd usually make us an energy smoothie before our sessions.  And with her, those smoothies were vital!  :)

Also I've picked up some great tips on massage over the years from providers who are professionally trained in that.

Seems to work!
Also a few years ago a lady introduced me to the wonder of the sea sponge, enabled me to work sometimes on a period day without any issues of showing it. I don't use it anymore because I feel so shit then that a sponge can't put me in a sunny, sexy mood but it was useful for when a booking couldn't be cancelled for fear of messing up a gents day.

Then you will continue to be able to play with the ladies, and all is well.  Working out, and getting laid..always has worked!
