I had spent 5 days in Prague last fall.  Saw several ladies over there - from 18 yr old American University student saving up for tuitions for studying overseas to mid 20s nude models and porn starlet who often toured in Paris and Milan as independents.  

May be it was because I generally stayed with the higher end of the spectrum, I didn't get the sense that those ladies I met were controlled by anyone.  

One afternoon I had a 20 yr old girl from an agency refused to have sex with my relatively attractive female friend (in her late 20s) in my hotel room.  She was not into women.  There were confusion about the situation due to the language barrier between myself and her madam.  After that young girl explained the situation to her madam, the madam gave me the full refund.  If that young lady was under strict tight control by that madam , I think she would go along with the existing situation and not made a big fuss about it.

I think most of the abuses probably occurred in the "clubs" and "brothels" as they usually are in most parts of the world.
