I have met some wonderful ladies during my time in the "hobby".  Many are so wonderful, in fact, I assume they have close romantic relationships in real life.

For those that do have such real life relationships, I assume they are able to separate their work life relationships from their significant other relationships just like any other professional woman (real estate agent, nurse, banker, teacher, police officer, etc.).  I also assume that this profession ads layers of complexity that might not exist in others...if not for the lady, for her significant other.

I would love to get some feedback from the ladies on my assumptions, get some real life anecdotes, and maybe some advice for ladies and gentlemen of TER on real relationships within the hobby universe.

Thank you in advance for your courage and willingness to share.  X

You might not know this but Agency hookers hang upside down in the closet like bats in between appointments.

Come on dude, don't you watch TV? It's a well known fact that ALL hookers were abused as children and the only relationships they are capable of having as adults are abusive ones with their pimps. Do I have to teach you EVERYTHING???

and where do you get off asking ONLY the ladies to respond?

While this may be true for agency girls, we indies prefer to lay in our coffin beds and only rise for our appointments in a fashion similar to Nosferatu.

As a lady I'll answer the question honestly: it depends. There is no call girl prototype. Everyone is different; some ladies have S/o  in their personal lives, some are single, some actually work with their S/o. As for me I prefer to be single because why have just one boyfriend when with all the charming gentlemen I get to meet I have many?

As some of the other ladies have already said, everyone's personal wants and needs are different. I do very much enjoy what I do, but I'm also moving in with my S/O and getting married. He's well aware of what I do. It really adds no complexity to it, as it takes a very confident, strong man to realize that my heart belongs to him and only him. It actually makes it easier for me not to blur the lines. I have fun with my gentlemen friends, and then I go home to my love : )

I tried it  a few times. Any guy who knew ended up being a total ass about it and things didn't work out. Having a BF who doesn't know gets extremely complicated trying to hide it from them and has ended up not working out,

So I'm staying footloose and fancy free!!!

:-)

Not a great liar, can't exactly sneak off that often and my vagina would certainly not be able to keep up. BFs are A LOT of work in that department, and the business end would most likely suffer because of catering to a BF who wanted sex all the time. How others do it... beyond me.

We've been together for nearly two years. He knows that I continue to see a select few clients and he hobbies too on ocassion.
We have not felt any jealousies and have gone on a couple of vacations with my daughter. It's a wonderful relationship and we are blessed to have it.

and I have been able to sever my heart and let it heal from all that confusion. Next guy needs to chase me like a psycho with a rock. A very big, expensive rock - and a  house - and he needs to understand that I am not a child factory.

Anyway, I don't think there is a way to - and not to - do this. But there is a way for me. It's definitely very fun walking into a paid date where the guy pays for everything and treats you like you're gold - and you can do the same because nobody is trying to impress in the long run, or even exaggerate with any complications from the exaggeration.

You can be open to fully enjoy your sexy, seasoned men like a juicy aged steak, full of spices and just a little bit of sugar, classy and suave men as arm candy on a public dinner date. Like, "Yep. This man with money picked me!"

I'm just being silly, but yeah it's much more fun and less confusing without dating outside of here. I just treat this like it is my SO - from one man to the next. And the next man gets me over the last - and the last gets me over the next when he comes to see me again.

It is so wonderful not having to deal with the bullshit, isn't it.

I am way more relaxed than I've ever been, and so very happy with this life of ours.

Glad my daughter doesn't read this crap!
