I studied for two undergraduate degrees while in college, and now I have 4 careers, one of which includes the hobby. THe hobby has taught me several things, that normal life did not prep me for. One is don't do business with your friends, know your market and your price, advertise, communicate back and forth to your clients, be on time, and do a good job...

I love the hobby, don't plan on quitting, but it is not my only source of income. I am quite successful in my other professions, I report all my income and pay all my taxes.
