PMs sent at noon arrive in mailbox after 6:00 pm and when sending one at 2:00 to same handle had it arrive at 2.01

I had a provide get pissy with me as she said I was emailing her during the middle of the night (it was really during the day) but she based it on the incorrect time stamps....
