in finding a certain provider who is based outside the US, but travels to the US frequently.

To find her profile, the Country Window had to be set to "other", (Because she's in Singapore which is not listed.); and then the City Window had to be set to "Select City", or her profile would not come up.

How about if a provider who tours the US, has her profile be allowed to come up if "other" is placed in the city window when "US" is selected as the country; or at least when "other" is selected for both country and city?

Right now, it is very confusing and complex.
