Here is a recommendation, that posts in Politics and Religion don't count toward your overall post count. Just because you're a prolific poster, doesn't make you a good one.
Most of us on the "biggest blabbermouth" lists aren't trying to inflate our post counts, if anything virtually everyone who makes it to the top of the blabbermouth list would prefer NOT to be there.
If TER took your advice that would put me uncomfortably close to the very top of the list, I don't need the reminder about how much time I am wasting here. lol
I agree with your assessment that "just because you're a prolific poster doesn't make you a good one" but that doesn't apply just to P&R, I think we can all agree that the absolutely DUMBEST poster on all of TER is MDSTUDS, less than 20% of his posts are on P&R as opposed to perhaps the most annoying poster who is the poster I am sure you are referring to who posts almost exclusively on P&R because he has no apparent interest in pussy. lol
You do realize that you can take yourself off the Top Poster list and be invisible? Go to the "account" manager and check the box "exclude from top posters" list.

Being stupid is NOT enough to kick someone off the boards, so I can only assume he has stopped making the truly disturbing posts that got him kicked of the last time.
I am all for a TER council. Maybe we could address that certain poster on P&R who has more posts than everyone else combined that you mentioned in your OP? Trying to have an actual conversation on that board is hard enough without a screaming five year old barging into EVERY conversation with his hair on fire yelling "look at me, look at me"

You know what I find annoying? The way you and inicky46 call each other names rather than simply making your point. The same for nicky and JackDunphy. Maybe we should convene a council to address that. You three have more posts combined than that "certain poster." For some people, spammers are ruining P&R. MDSTUDS is a different story, he actually was kicked off this board several years ago and if you had read some of the sick twisted things he used to "try to post" on the board you would agree with me completely. They were the kind of twisted, violent ramblings of someone who should be in a psych ward. FOREVER!!!
As for me, Inicky and Jack, go ahead, form your council. I may have my detractors, but I have a LOT more supporters. If 'tribal council" ever wants me gone, then let the tribe speak.

Yes, I remember MD's posts. What I'm not sure of is if they're the same MD. There were several posters whose handle began with MD. I don't know if they are all one and the same.
The "old" board moderators -or at least one of them -was a bleeding heart liberal. You could tell when she was moderating because she would TO your ass when the cry babies ran to the mods with the "their being mean to me" snitching.
New mods/administration seems to be much better. I have just four people on ignore, two of which are frequent posters on P and R. Roughly 70% of what I see on the landing page of P and R with the threads listed is "Users post is ignored" and inside any given thread with more than 1 post is 50% plus of the same, "post ignored".
You are correct. I enjoy P and R and I know a few other people who used to enjoy P and R. They do not post anymore, but don't even read it or go in anymore because of basically spammers. Sad.
