Currently there's only 3 providers listed on the DC list.

Rules are still the same :
- need to have at least 20 reviews  
- last review submitted within 3 month  
- not involved in serious drama ( ex. Blacklisting , review fraud, score manipulation , etc )

I think it's well documented just how much review fraud, score manipulation etc was generated by unscrupulous providers trying to "game the system" in order to stay on top of the top lists.

 
Could TER PLEASE consider putting some more teeth into those rules you just mentioned. I think a little common sense would go a long ways in this regard. When a plump, middle aged, rather average looking woman who has never had anal mentioned in any of her several dozen previous reviews, nor has she done any doubles, or exhibited even the slightest tendency of being bisexual. When such a woman with an already suspicious looking string of 10-10 reviews all of a sudden starts engaging in anal in EVERY session that is reviewed, it really should raise some eyebrows where it comes to score manipulation.  

 
I know we are a lot more interested in repopulating the review data base than combating review fraud right now, but this was a serious problem before FOSTA/SESTA made the problem moot.  I think it gives TER the chance to do a "reset" where it comes to it's top lists and maybe if we start off on the right foot in this regard, we won't have all the problems that the top lists created in the past. Review fraud has always not only been an issue for the clients who rely on fair and accurate reviews as part of their vetting process, but it also has the effect of punishing the honest women here who have worked hard to EARN their high scores.
