If I could make one improvement it would be to have the ability to sort our favorites at least by city. Ideally by City, by area code...

I've requested this several times during my tenure as a VIP, to no avail yet. I travel a lot and would love to be able to pull up my favorites by city so I can see my options for each trip.
Unfortunately it looks like your attempt to purchase VIP membership has failed due to your card being declined. Good news is that we have several other payment options that you could try.
