I don't think that Cityvibe is a bot / scraper site. It must be that someone created a fake ad using your info. Your pics? Your name? Your phone number? Your email?
The most common theft is just pics: they use stolen pics with a new name, number and email.The next most common might be pics and name, trying to take advantage of a good TER rep, but they change the contact info to their own phone and email. Guys who don't check carefully think they are contacting you. Wrong.
I just don't see the point of creating a complete fake ad for someone else using ALL of her pics and info. I can't access CV because it does not work with TOR at all: "403 Forbidden": so I can't see the ad. I think that CV used to have a "Report this ad" button. Do they still? Report the ad. Warn them that your photos are copyrighted. There are other actions to take, if that doesn't work. YOU SHOULD WATERMARK YOUR PICS TO CUT DOWN ON UNAUTHORIZED USE! (You do not need watermarks to claim copyright but it helps to make things clear more quickly.)
City vibe or someone relate to it once made up an ad about me that I wasn't even aware about and TER linked my profile to it.
It sucks because the ad was not accurate and I did not chose to be there.
Hi Impposter: you may see it as free advertisement but remember "not all fame is good fame", some of us don't wanna be seen in certain places.
Ter won't delete the links unless the ad is deleted
