If this has been suggested before, my apologies.

I suggest having a consolidated list of visiting providers by major city they will be (upcoming) visiting that shows the date of visit, first and last call, the name of the area (for ex: Major City: Washington, visiting Tysons Corner or Visiting Dupont Circle), phone number, TER review link, and webpage link.  This list will be a living list, subject to updates; say once a week for the following week's visitors.  This will save us from having to sort through all of the posts or other ad boards to try to find a date and may improve a provider's business.   I get lost trying to find out who what when and where by reading pages of posts. It may seem like a big task, but it can be made automated. It is just a thought.
