I have been a member of this site for about 6 years, my girlfriend has been a member for a little over a year. She is a provider with stellar reviews. We have both accessed our own memberships from the same computers. She has asked to have access to the Provider only board and I have asked for access to the Reviewer only board, we have both been denied access because we have logged into our accounts from the same computer ( actually we have a wireless network ) so not the same computer but the same IP address. I understand the reason is to not let providers and reviewers in the seperate boards but there is no other way we could access our accounts. If there is one thing I would like to change is this policy. I'm sure other providers and their significant others have encountered the same issues. My girlfriend would like to access the Provider only board not only to interact with other providers but also to ask about certain clients for safety reasons. Please let me know what you think?

I was living with a provider and I am an agent but we also shared the same computer.
She was given permission, along with the hobbyists password to go ahead and write her own review but it backfired on her, the hobbyist and me! I wasn't even involved, it was just my computer! lol
It was a horrid hassle getting myself reinstated.
I am not saying that she will write herself a review but I think this is one of the reasons they want different IP addresses because it can cause confusion which causes problems.

to the "private" boards. To say that the two of you would not share the boards with one another would be disingenuous.

You both should not have access to the private boards. You are lucky they are just denying you access to the private boards. Providers sometimes get banned for logging on with a hobbyist ip.
