After the hiatus there are going to be a lot of changes to provider profiles. Old websites are dead and new links are needed. Appearance may have changed. Different services are on offer. When adding a review for a woman with an existing profile, right now there is little or no opportunity to note these changes in the profile. TER should address this in some fashion to make clear how profiles can be updated. II recently reviewed a full service session with a provider whose Profile said she only offers massage. That's a big disconnect. Is it up to the Provider to request changes? Many Providers don't know or don't care. Should the reviewer send a message to TER to note the changes?

TER has been very good  with updating profiles

Go to the girls profile page and look on the far left.

Underneath "add to favorites" click on "Report A Problem." (RAP)

You will need proof of the change but that proof is often evident on her website, twitter, etc

For example, her TER profile says she charges $400/hour and her site says she now charges $500. Just send TER the link in the box when you click on "RAP" and spell out the discrepancy.

They reward you for 2 VIP days so its a win/win. You get the days, TER and the guys get a more accurate profile.

Any "problems" just pm me. lol

Shortly after TER went "Live" again in the US Admin put up a post asking that members NOT file PR on provider profiles and that for "the time being" they only were accepting profile changes from the providers themselves.

This moratorium on PR's may have expired, but I would suggest an quick check with Admin before filing a bunch of Problem Reports.

The software recently blocked me, and I reported it and admin told me I was g2g moving forward. I have had a number of PR's approved since the holidays were over.

...if the corrections are more complicated or if there are a lot of corrections us "contact us".

As xyz said, for complex problems use the contact us button instead of the problem report button. GaG mentioned that when TER  came back online, they wanted you to use feedback (contact us) for everything, instead of problem reports because of the backlog. Jack mentioned that’s cleared up now and problem reports are good to go. In any case it was always recommended to use feedback for complex Mx issues or multiple issues.

Here are TER’s words in that topic:
“ The Problem Report system is designed for quick, easy updates to profiles. For more complex issues, especially those that might require correspondence back from our Support team, please submit a Feedback. You can submit a Feedback by clicking on the Contact Us at the bottom of most pages.
Examples of when to submit a Problem Report: website not loading or incorrect, incorrect phone number, a change in the provider's appearance or services offered, a review posted to the wrong profile, a provider has two profiles that need to be combined, a review is posted with a score that exceeds the provider's score maximum.
Examples of when to send in a Feedback: reporting a fake or fraudulent review, requesting an entire profile removed from TER, questions about VIP access, questions about why your review has not posted, any inquiry that requires a response.”
