Make site accessible from linux text based browser like lynx

I tried using lynx and was able to login and browse the forums. But I could not post in the forums. Seems the link to post is some javascript button.

IT nerds like myself would greatly benefit by having the site usable from lynx. Then I can check it on my work computer. I just need to ssh via putty to a personal server and launch lynx from there.

I was a also a huge advocate of the simplest and SAFEST of interfaces. I also used to access my mail using pine via linux. As long as I could SSH in, I was good from almost anywhere and any device. Now, all of my emails are browser or app based. I used to access other info sources from my phones using the simplest of universal, secure interfaces. No longer. Everybody has to have an app. Finally, SSH (putty) access to my (well, IT's) linux machines has been specifically disabled.
.
Everything now has to go through some sort of GUI and the more bells and whistles to create security holes and overly complicate access is the norm.  There is nothing wrong with communication via plain text, words on a page ... other than it's hard to insert ads and pop-ups. At least TER has not gone that route.
.
On Newbie, I used to encourage Providers to have websites with a landing page that gave users options:
Click [here] for my fast, simple, basic HTLM website.
Click [here] for my fancy, schmancy, Java, Flash, choke your bandwidth and crash your computer website.
Click [here] for the mobile version of my website.

Get an inexpensive smartphone (I use a Xiaomi.)  Get an inexpensive data plan (I use Consumer Cellular.)  Get a VPN account (I use NordVPN.)
.
None of these will break the bank.  And you'll have a secure encrypted link.
.
Do not use your work computer.  Good grief.

Found a solution. You can install a program called "browsh" which emulates a real browser but using only the terminal. Quite fascinating how it works.. I have tested it with TER and basic functionality seems to work fine. See:
