When I look at the profiles of providers I have seen I often see obvious errors.  For example recently I looked at the profile of a provider who told me she is 38 and it said she is 21-25! But even if I fill in the profile information accurately in a review I submit the profile is not changed -- only the text portion is reproduced.  Why not include the profile that is filled out with each review?

What you fill in when writing a review will not change a profile. As xyz said, you should use the "report a problem" button when you see something incorrect on a profile. You do need evidence though (as he also mentioned). For example with the age thing, a provider telling you her age will not be considered evidence by TER. However if her age is listed diffetently on her P411 profile, or website, or ad, or if she mentions it on a board post or twitter, or if her age is listed at 18-20, but she has reviews going back to 2008, these will suffice as evidence in a problem report.
