The past few months in some threads a reply shows up at the top, above the original post.  I have not paid attention to the assigned times on each of those problem posts, but in one yesterday mrfisher's reply was assigned a time 20 seconds BEFORE the original post, resulting it being at the top

...The reason could be the time setting some posters have in their settings profile.

The time stamp issue has to do with "classic" TER. Mrfisher uses classic so his times are always off. Even PMs come in out of order when someone is using classic.
