Put a date on Provider Profile in Review
We all know that the information in most provider profiles is often a bit sketchy. Sometimes that can be from the person initially creating the review just copying was was in the ad or just not having a clue. Other times that can be due to changes over time.
If TER could start adding a date field on the profile display for providers that might at least help for the impact of time. It could also help us know if the profile has been updated since it was initially created.Every file on my computer has a Creation Date and a Modified Date. It seems that it would be fairly easy to have the Profile Web Page also display that info. It's a matter of juggling the layout and where to put those data fields.

To be on the safe side, Creation Date could be copied the first time into as a permanent entry. That way, if the entire database ever had to be reloaded and new creation dates created, the "original" date would still be stored as a static entry.
