I was browsing the Bad Websites section to see if I might be able to help fill some gaps.  Unfortunately, the only way to view them is sorted by date and for all cities combined.  I think it would be nice to be able to filter/sort them just like the regular review search screen.  Since I pay a lot of attention to Asian escort ads in LA, I would be more likely to recognize a provider by name if I knew the list was filtered to only those that met my other criteria.

I think the easiest solution would be to modify the regular Search Provider Reviews screen and add an option to the Exclude Bad Websites list called "Show Only Bad Websites" and allow filters using all other search criteria.  The same thing would probably be useful for Exclude Bad Phone Numbers too.
