Tiger thoughts

Since the neighbors claim Elin didn't have a golf club in her hands, where the back windows smashed before the accident?  Was the car damaged before the accident?  How do you get scratches on your face if you are wearing a seat belt and the "crash" is not hard enough to deploy the airbags?

Ummmm. . .  FHP where are you?

I'm sure the FHP is asking all those questions too, and expanding their investigation to get as many answers as possible before making a decision on charges. I heard the statement from the neighbors' lawyer about Elin not having a club and was wondering about that. By the way, the neighbors are the Adams' family. Morticia and Gomez, maybe? Carolyn Jones was a hottie back in the day.

FHP just gave a press conference. They charged Tiger with carless driving and have concluded the investigation. There was not enough evidence to obtain a subpoena for any medical records or any other items. The normal fine for carless driving is $164 and 4 points on the driving record.

Tiger has led an exemplary life and deserves a "free one" so to speak.

Not cooperating with police and thus digging his own grave does prove that Tiger is no dummy. This should serve as a lesson to anyone in the hobby, you have the right to STFU, use it.

I don't know about anyone else, but I am sick of hearing about the story and wish that it would just go away. I have no interest in dragging Tiger through the mud, even people with the celebrity status of Tiger don't deserve this type of treatment. I know for a fact that my life couldn't stand the level of scruntiny that the likes of Tiger Woods is subject to.

Tiger's the man!!!!!
This sort of thing(media blitz)is gonna happen, due 2 his high public profile.
This will all die down,,,as soon as the media, finds a new victim.

I must say I thought he was in an unplayable lie.

Obviously he used the right club and got back on course.

I don't think this is over yet!

It maybe over from the viewpoint of the law, his sponsors, the PGA, etc. but I would imagine that there are enough people who thrive on bringing down those on top to keep the embers warm.

Poor Tiger-now a new girl-not the New Yorker- has come out claiming she and the Tiger have done the nasty-She was on a reality show-claims they got together around 20 times and has some text messages to prove it-looks bad-1rob...OUT

Dear Trob:
Where is the best place to hide your phone or better yet why don't you buy a throw away phone for that purpose?  Neatness and being tidy counts.

Hi, D,
Not only did Elin get the phone, but Mistress #2 recorded a voicemail-heard it this morning-from Tiger saying get your name off your phone and that the wife may be calling-He'll never have to worry about where his next meal is coming from but if this goes to divorce court, he can forget about being the billion dollar athlete. Any settlement Elin gets will dwarf anything that gold digging twit that gouged Paul Macartney got-(surprised me that one-didn't think she had a leg to stand on-ar ar)1rob...wishing Tiger the best...OUT

Tiger has grown up in the spotlight, and from all accounts he is an astute businessman. I would be surprised if she gets as much as you think. At least I hope so, I think most of us here can relate more to "Tiger the husband" than Tiger the Billionaire athlete.

Hi,
On Rush today, he said the prenup would give Elin 20 mil if she stayed married to him for 10 years. He also said that from his sources, the prenup was being rewritten to shorten the time and increase the bucks she gets. According to RL, she just got a 7 figure deposit into her bank account. If this is true, this is reminiscent of the Kobester's 4 million mea culpa ring buy for his spouse from his Colorado problems. Further, it was reported that a marriage counselor is going to the Woods home regularly now. I wish Tiger the best. It's a rough time for him now.

The value of his assets have changed significantly since.

Even though the pre-nup is being renegotiated which is smart since he is the most vulnerable now, I would suspect that would be just a starting point. Monthly spousal support or alimony will be included later. I doubt that includes close to 18 years of child support on both kids plus 4 - 5 more if you include college education, trust funds, inheritance and "hush money" if you don't want her to write a book and do the entire talk show circuit.

A pre-nup still has to be filed in court at the time of divorce which will be followed by a hearing, testimony etc. A good attorney can pork enough holes in any pre-nup publicly and threaten to drag the divorce through the entire court process thereby airing all the couple's dirty laundry. If Tiger doesn't want all the laundry, good or bad of his private life aired out, he will be forced to up the settlement $$$$ more at the end.

It will probably play out  similarly to the A-Rod divorce from Cynthia Rodriguez where the original pre-nup and several amendments after got shredded in favor of a final agreement at the end to keep everything quiet.

Bottom line is she needs a new attorney if she is getting anything short of nine figures in any future settlement.
