Hi everybody!

The NFL season is mere weeks away now (man, the Superbowl feels like it was forever ago!), and I was hoping to hear from you fine people what you would like to see in the way of competitions here for the upcoming season.

In the past we have had a weekly pick 'em competition; everyone picks every game, and whoever makes the most correct picks in a week takes the prize. However, we could also mirror the way the baseball competitions are run currently, and have everyone just pick the winner of the Monday night game. There is also of course the nebulous option three, in which you guys and girls suggest an alternative to the above!

After all, this board is yours, so your voice is important to this discussion. What would you like to see and take part in?

i enjoyed the " weekly pick em' competition "..picking the winner in 13 or 14 games is much more cerebral than picking just one..

Picking all of them is more work for you. One game is fine by me

pick the Sunday Night game for a weekly competition, and maybe a pre-season pick'em where we project who will make the playoffs, and then who will advance each round all the way through to picking the Super Bowl Champs?

it's the most watched game thurs-monday...usually

I'm wondering if they are trying to change something up with the schedules now that thursday night is year round.. there are some amazing games on thursday night this year!

i want to say thursday night out of the two because the games are just better, but monday is like the blues... so it would be something to look forward to at the start of the week...

That way I wouldn't have to consider games I'm not interested in, nor able to watch.

Pick the Thursday night game winner ...then you can move on to pick Monday night.

Only the Thursday pick winners are eligible to pick a Monday night winner for extra VIP bonus days.
