I is absurd to play baseball in November. The powers that be can not want to see the game played in snow. Or do they care?
They don't care. They only care about TV ratings and playoff revenue. They should shorten the playoffs to best-of-three for the 1st round and best-of-five for the LCS's. But the owners don't want to lose the extra gate money.

I wonder if Buddy thought about extending the World Baseball Classic until April 1st, so we could watch the MLB playoffs in December after college football?
What happens when the World Series would be in stadium in a northern climate in an outdoor park and it's snowing and temperauture will in the lower teens or worse until opening day next year?
