What a difficult spot to be in...

Should  Nats' fans root for the  division rival that has always been a thorn in the side of their beloved Nats, even when the team was killing it in from 2012 - 2019 era..  or should they root for the cheaters, who cheated their way to two out of 3 World Series, and walked away almost scott-free. I mean the seriously, the sentence handed down to them was a fuckin' joke.

Then there is the Dusty angle.  Most Nats fans loved the former manager. A grandfatherly figure, always found chewing on a toothpick when in the dugout, and who I am told is a great storyteller, who has devoted over 50 yrs or his life for baseball first as a player then as a manager and one of the only 9 managers to win both AL and NL pennant. Every young chap like me, wants a grandfather like Dusty.

I always wanted Dusty to win the championship, and really cringed when I read the news that he had joined Astros. I felt it was too soon to join that organization. I would have much preferred him be a Yankee instead of Aaron Boone or join the Angels. On a completely unrelated side note, I am still scratching my head as to why Joe Girardi was let go.

This Yankee fan will be rooting for the Braves all the way. I was happy when the Red Sox lost, so now I'm half way home. Just need to see the cheaters sent home empty-handed. I like Dusty, too, but he can't wash away the stench from Houston. I'd have been fine if LA won, except their front-line pitching was so beat up (plus Muncy and Turner out) I don't think they could have taken Houston.
Geaux Braves!

I hear ya !! I actually wanted Yankees to be in WS against 2019 Nats. That would have been epic. But the cheaters stole the  series.

I actually wanted LA Dodgers to win. Watching Max pitch in yet another W.S would have been a treat, but you are right, without Clayton Kershaw and Trevor Baur, they didn't have much of a starting pitching crew to go toe to toe against the cheaters. Also Max didn't start the last game due to arm fatigue.  Now that man is an animal. So if he is saying he wasn't feeling well, you can take that as God's word.

We will see how the free agency shapes out..

Seeing that my Doyers got cheated on by the Astros. Once a cheater, always a cheater.
But this isn't a series where I'll be glued to the TV.

But getting there will be harder without Morton. Still, it was great to see Altuve The Cheat strike out thrice.
Geaux, MAX! The Heeb with the golden arm.
And speaking of Heebs, who knew Joc Pederson was an MOT? Not me!
Actually, Jon is a "semi-Semite" but since his mom's a Heeb he qualifies.

But i will tonight.. I had a business dinner to go to.. I stayed back and had some good booze instead of baseball. LOL

I have to ask.. What is MOT ?
