I too am a PROUD Yankee hater! (lifelong) Unless you're a Yankee fan, it is the duty of every red blooded American to hate the Yankees-The (overused but apt description follows) 'Best Team Money can buy'-and always the bully on the block-Born from corporate greed, they are the antithesis to the American way of life-Ah, I love to reminisce-the great playoff collapse vs the Bosox in 04-and the World Series beatings in '55, '60, '63, '81 and a few others and the Yankee 'Glory Years' from '65 to '76-However, I fear this bunch will again wear the crown-and if so, I'll applaud the victory-However, I'd pull for the Taliban Allstars before I'd ever pull for the UGH 'Boys in Pinstripes'-1rob...rootin' for the Phils...but not tootin' and expecting the worst....OUT 8-)
2009 will not be a good year for you. It is a Yankees year. It will be the first of many more in the new stadium.
