host school. Guess I'll have to watch it on CBS since the closest site is probably St. Louis, with Jacksonville the next closest.

out Kentucky. Great game! I think Kentucky has to win out now, including the SEC tournament to get a #1 seed. I'll choose Duke, Syracuse and Kansas for the other #1's.

If Syracuse ends up a #1 seed how can it be right to place them elsewhere??

Duke really??

would really give them a home-court advantage. I'm picking Duke because I think they're the best of the rest. Purdue had a shot at a #1 before they lost Robbie Hummel to a blown ACL. But if Villanova gets on a hot streak and wins the Big East tourney, which they would very easily do, they would be a top seed.

A lot may hinge on what happens tonight with Nova and Syracuse.

BTW; you don't think BYU would have some advantage to play in UTAH?

Maybe Gary Williams has something with his BEeF that the Terps should be ranked.

that Syracuse won't play in the East. But yes, they would have a huge advantage

What are the chances of both #1 and #2 losing today. Not looking good for Kansas right now.

Tennessee had an 11-point halftime lead against UK. UK came back and tied it at 65 before the Vols put it away. But Kansas has a bigger hole to climb out of. If Syracuse beats 'Nova tonight, might we have a new #1 on Monday?

really good games today. Oh by the way: New Mexico beat BYU by 2 in Provo.

That was a f-ing HUGE Win!!   But the bias will relugate us to no more than a 3-seed.  At least we get the West Regional.

13 straight conference wins and today's victory in front of 22,500 hostile fans in Provo.  A major accomplishment.

Oh yea, try and convince me Steve Alford doesn't deserve Coach of the Year Honors!!

Syracuse can't play in the East because they are the host of the East Regional.  BYU can only be seeded in either the West or the East Regions because they can't play on Sundays.  BYU is in Provo and are not the host of the West Regional, the Univ of Utah is.  But now New Mexico will likely get seeded in the West as a 3 seed (should be a 2!!).  BYU may still get a 4 seed in the East.

Sadley, their wins(most outstanding being 'twice w/byu' and cal)won't outshine their losses. Oral Roberts??

They'll get a three seed.

Texas A&M on a neutral court, UNLV at the Thomas & Mack. Yes, Oral Roberts was an anomaly.  But circumstances were that a snowstorm delayed our arrival to the game and the team got there literally 10 minutes before tip-off.  Can we get a "mulligan"?  We'll get our 2-seed, 'cause we're going to run the table over the next 2 weeks. :)

Our goal is Sweet 16.  Only 1 senior, so this is only a warm-up season.
