Congrats to Team USA hockey! But remember, it's still

only the preliminaries.  However, the USA goalie was terrific (even if he was from Michigan State).  People in Canada will be VERY upset.

...but we should be at the podium @ some level...that's cool!

btw....the shuttle just landed...always cool to hear the sonic boom when it's cruising over the house in orlando a few min. prior to landing!

It was a great match. The Canadians were older and slower....even with all their All Stars.The Canadians did outshoot the Americans but many of their shots were from bad angles and without screens (because they're too slow).

Agreed. Shots on goal is not always a good indicator.

But Rafalski is not exactly young either - he's 36.

Sean MIller is the basketball coach at Arizona. He wasn't in Vancouver yesterday; he was in Tucson where the Wildcats lost at home to ASU. Ryan Miller, however, had a pretty good game in goal yesterday.
