I'll go with the winner of the Fla/Bama game winning it all over Texas-Being an SEC elitist-sorry PAC 10ers-grin-Bama's D is incredible but their QB is a little shaky-and the Gators definitely have an edge there-if the Gators are to win IMHO the QB play will be the difference-Both games should be awesome-Texas is tough too -1rob...OUT

I'll guess Florida and Texas.  However, I really do think Boise State could probably beat both of them, and maybe TCU could too.  Like I've said in an earlier post, if Boise State, TCU and Cincinnati all wind up undefeated, there's gonna be a lot of howling and screaming!

Agree. If Cincy doesn't win the Big East they won't get in.  The second place team from the Pac-10 -- Oregon, Oregon State, Stanford or Arizona -- will get in before Cincy. It's hard to imagine that the best conference in the country will have only one BCS team.

...TCU or Boise ST, don't go in their all dejected like last year & get your Ass handed to you by Utah!

...bama's, we have at least a resemblance of an offence to bama's, gators have better special teams. Gators have been in the  playoffs for the title game since the 3rd game of the season. The whole SEC has been waiting a year for revenge too.....they’re pretty seasoned vets now, 1 game @ a time.

I'm not saying that it couldn't happen but I just don't see it.
I didn't think Oklahoma was that strong when Boise jumped on the them a couple of years back but that's just me.
I'll tell you another reason I'm not a big Boise "believer." They scheduled Georgia in Athens a few years ago and came to town ranked in the top 10 and a big "swagger." Brought fans by the thousands who were very nice by the way...not obnoxious at all. Anyway, Jablonsky was their QB and everyone was talking about how great he was. Threw 4 picks in the first half and Georgia ended up beating them like they stole something! The difference in athleticism was extremely noticable among the players that day and I think it's the same today if you'd compare them with Texas and Florida.

I wonder what the line against the Lions would be? lol

I do agree that the chances of a Tide/Longhorn BCS championship game are extremely likely, but  the spread will be less than a touchdown. I am still a fan of SEC football, but to delude oneself that the Big Twelve is not now a legitimate football conference is a mistake.

I agree that it is possible that a Boise St could beat a Fla or Ala team, but I don't think it's likely. I also think that either Fla or Ala would be double digit favorites and would cover easily, the same with Texas and more than likely Oregon. Now a Boise St match up with a Big Ten (Eleven) champion might be a different story.

I would have to put money on Boise St over the likes of OSU, Penn St or anyone else in the Big Ten.
