there is gonna be a run on liver transplants.  The city is going to go nuts in either case, if they win, big ass party but with everyone happy.  If they lose, big ass drunk fest and everyone pissed off, that won't go over well - there will be problems and such

But in the long run the city will fall back on  the only three things it knows how to do well,

drinking

adn you can't argue with that
