Anyone else ready to put the Pats and Saints in the SuperBowl? Both played . . .

awesome today.  Bret Farve will fade in December and the Vikes will falter.

They played literally one of the worst teams in the NFL??

Saints, now that would be great :)

the Redskins (still haven't played any team with a win before the Redskins game), Raiders, Bucs, Jags, Browns, Rams, etc.

No. The regular season isn't even halfway over and there are still two other unbeaten teams in the AFC. Get back to us after New England's road games at Indy and New Orleans.

My Superbowl pick was, and is, the hated Pats.  They were merciless in crushing the Titans today, and appear to be getting back to the machine of death and destruction that they were a couple of years ago.  In addition, they are motivated, and Brady and company are on a mission!  Only fools are betting against them this year!

Brady apparently made some changes in his throwing motion over the last week, which were very obvious in the absolute murderfest they called a football game.

I could almost imagine the coach yelling at the players at half time "who the fuck is on Welker?"

on that defense playing better. The Denver defense may not have the best talent but the defense is playing with discipline and heart. Of course in the NFL it's all about staying healthy, so whoever is the healthiest wins.

The Pats, yea they are good, but can they can run the ball? I don't think so....

If you are in Vegas, don't bet the mortgage.  All 4 of your teams are not that good.

Remember, the Pats put up the big numbers in a snow storm.  How many points will they score this week against the hapless Bucs?

put them in the SuperBowl?  The only team that has really played a playoff caliber team and won is the Saints.

The real contenders will surface in the next 6-7 weeks, until then, anything goes!

The Steelers Vikings game will be good next week, that will be a good indicator where each of those teams sits in the picture.

The Saints and Pats game will also be a good indicator.

I have not seen enough of the Colts and Broncos this year to count them in or out thus far.

But I certainly would not bet the house on the Pats vs Saint at this point.
