      Finally, Shaq had 5 fouls so while Howard got two or three rebounds going over the back of other players late in the game, Shaq could not risk that bc of foul trouble.

    Of course Howard is a better rebounder at this stage of his career bc of his mobility. But, in the playoffs, the half court game becomes prime and 90% shooting shows you still have double Shaq.

That is why they got Shaq, not for the regular season.
