Dear Friends and Friends I've not met yet,

I hope my note finds you all doing well. I wanted to write and let you know that I am headed out of Seattle on the 13th of August and will be away until early September on the trip of a lifetime. It's one of those that has always been on my bucket list and I finally just took the leap and booked it. Please note that I will only have sporadic email access during my trip so if you need to contact me for a reference it needs to be done before I leave or I cannot guarantee that it will be fulfilled in time.

If we are old friends, I kindly invite you over to send me off with a smile on my face and au revoir on my lips. My availability this week is somewhat flexible however the best times for me are: Tuesday and Friday from 11am-9pm, Wednesday and Thursday 11am-4pm, and Sunday evening after 7pm if scheduled in advance. Next week's schedule is Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 11am-9pm.
